Class began at 12:30pm in Morrill Hall Room 301. The class roster listed 23 students enrolled, a decline of one since the last report. Nineteen attended, verified informally.
Discussion asked after progress on the expository essay (which is due 29 October 2014) before treating last week's work and concerns of paratext. Student participation was good.
